The Commonwealth Health Center Corporation will be administering vaccines to individuals who received their first dose of the vaccine this Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 8am to 12pm at Northern Marianas College on Saipan.

CHCC will also have 50 Johnson & Johnson vaccines available on site. This vaccine is for individuals who are 18 years old and older. The vaccine is only administered one time and does not need a second dose.

To receive this vaccine, please REGISTER ONLINE by visiting www.vaccinatecnmi.com. Once your registration is confirmed, please check your email for additional details. You can also register by phone by calling (670) 682-SHOT (7468).

What to Bring

  1. Vaccination ID (Located in the confirmation email)
  2. Government Issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport)
  3. Insurance Card (if applicable, however insurance is not required)
  4. Dose 2 recipients must also bring their Vaccination Record Card (please make your appointment date even if you misplace your card)

Free Transportation Available

The Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority will be offering free transportation to and from the vaccination site. To avail of this offer, please indicate that you will need transportation when registering online at vaccinatecnmi.com.

Registration will occur in room K-1, and vaccinations will be held in room J-16. (See the attached map below.) For more information or if you would like to ask any questions:
