COVID-19 Updates

Stay Safe. Stay Calm. Sail On, Proas.

The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation PCR travel testing has moved from the Medical Care and Treatment Site (MCATS) to the Koblerville COVID-19 Community Center (KC3) and is free of charge.

Registration, dates, and hours are available at https://covidtesting.chcc.health. If a date or slot is not showing, more dates and slots will be announced later. Travelers should register for a COVID-19 PCR test date at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled departure. Travelers should answer “YES” and complete the registration question regarding using the COVID-19 test result for travel related purposes, which will prompt travelers to include their passport ID number.

Travelers must provide a copy of their travel itinerary on their scheduled testing date. The COVID-19 travel testing is from 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m., and during Community-Based Testing (CBT) hours from 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. at Koblerville COVID-19 Community Center (KC3) and again is free of charge. The COVID-19 PCR test results will be emailed on the following day after being swabbed to the email address provided in the online registration so that travelers can print out the certificate for their travel purpose.

The CHCC and the Governor’s COVID-19 Taskforce advise all travelers to check their final destination’s COVID-19 entry requirements and airport and/or airline requirements for COVID-19 testing. Your travel destination or airline may require an official stamp or seal on your COVID-19 PCR test result certificate. To pick up a COVID-19 PCR test result certificate with an official seal or stamp, please visit the Koblerville COVID-19 Community Center the following day after being swabbed. Travelers must provide a copy of their travel itinerary when picking up their PCR test result certificate requiring an official seal or stamp. Please call the CHCC Travel Test Result Team at (670) 785-9966 or visit the Koblerville COVID-19 Community Center to obtain your COVID-19 PCR test result certificate with an official seal or stamp.

Travelers are responsible for determining which COVID-19 testing they need (PCR or antigen) based on their destination/route and are responsible for determining the timing of their swab test date schedule.

The Koblerville COVID-19 Community Center is open every day, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
