The Northern Marianas College ProaPerks Program provides exclusive discount and benefits for NMC graduates, students, employees, and partners.
The program offers local savings opportunities at more than 50 businesses and retailers in the CNMI. Present your ProaPerks card at any of our participating locations listed:

Eligibility Requirement
Current NMC Student
- Must be currently enrolled in NMC classes (at least one class)
NMC Alumni
- A graduate of NMC; or
- Completed at least 24 credits at NMC (NDU’s included).

Payment and Processing
Fees: $5 for current students and $10 for alumni. Payment must be made prior to processing of Proa Perks/Identification Card.
Payment options are as follows.
- Manual credit card authorization form; The form must be completed and emailed to Ms. Crystal Garcia (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to process payment;
- By Phone at (670) 237-6821; or
- At the NMC Finance Office Cashier's window (bldg N-3).
(NOTE: NMC Cashier is open from 8:30am – 12:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing Times: After payment, please allow 3-5 business days
