CNMI Supreme Court Chief Justice Alexandro C. Castro administered the oath of office to 38 new Corrections officers on Thursday during the 9th Cycle Corrections Academy graduation ceremony in the Magellan Room of the Pacific Islands Club.
The CNMI Department of Corrections welcomed 38 new officers following the graduation ceremony of the 9th Cycle Corrections Academy held at the Pacific Islands Club Saipan. Yesterday, a total of 38 corrections academy cadets were administered the oath of office by CNMI Supreme Court Chief Justice Alexandro C. Castro.
A MOTHER on Wednesday lauded the officers and members of the 4-H Marianas Youth State Council for its summer youth program’s positive impact on her children.
Northern Marianas College was awarded a $2.5 million five-year cooperative grant by the U.S. Department of Education’s Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions or AANAPISI Program to establish the Proa Pathway Partnership with Portland State University.
Eight student officials of the Associated Students of Northern Marianas College or ASNMC were sworn in Friday, Sept. 23, at the Pacific Islands Club. They are Anushi Joshi, president; Jefferson Cunanan, vice president; Jenara Bai, treasurer; Daryll De Luna, secretary; Henry Hofschneider San Nicolas Jr., Tinian representative; Bonnie Gio Sagana, Eloise Lopez, and Jami Starling, senators.
