NMC & CDA Host Free “How to Develop Financial Projections Using Excel” Workshop (June 24, 2008)

In collaboration with the Commonwealth Development Authority, the Northern Marianas College will be hosting a free Time Management Workshop on June 26, 2008 from 8 am to 12 pm at Building W at the NMC Campus in As Terlaje. Facilitating this free workshop will be Wilhelm Maui, a computer applications and economics instructor at the college.

This workshop will provide participants with the skills to develop basic financial projections using Microsoft (MS) Excel. This workshop will be particularly useful for individuals who plan to develop a business plan and submit a loan proposal to a financial institution or investor to either start or expand a business. This workshop is an ideal supplement to the "How to Develop a Business Plan" workshop. While learning a basic format to develop financial projections, the participants will also learn how to use the basic features of MS Excel.

Those who wish to register or find out more information can contact Loly Kingzio at 234-5498 ext. 1210 or by emailing Eric Plinske at [email protected].
