Edward DLG. Pangelinan, Chairman of the Marianas Political Status Commission, recently visited the CNMI Archives at Northern Marianas College with former Governor Juan N. Babauta. As the Marianas Political Status Commission Chairman, Pangelinan played an instrumental role in establishing the CNMI.
