Radio station KZMI 103.9 recently donated $10,000 worth of radio advertisements to the Northern Marianas College Foundation to help with its marketing efforts for their upcoming Golf Open in March 2024.

“Supporting the Northern Marianas College Foundation and its vital mission to enhance higher education in the Commonwealth is a source of pride for us at KZMI 103.9," KZMI General Manager Bob Webb said. "As the upcoming tournament comes near, we extend our best wishes to all participating players.”

NMC’s tournament will be a two-day event and the tournament fee for the 2024 golf open is $250.

“We are grateful for KZMI’s continuing support of the College," said Ben Babauta, Chairperson of the NMC Foundation. “We extend our heartfelt gratitude for their valuable contribution, which plays a significant role in advancing our mission."

The tournament, which is also the signature event of the NMC Foundation, aims to raise funds to build and equip modern, innovative campus facilities that will help expand the CNMI’s workforce development efforts, stimulate economic growth, and provide access to quality education for the residents of the CNMI.
