NMC Retains Law Firm That Specializes in Higher Education (February 26, 2010)

The Northern Marianas College today announced that it has retained the law firm of Cabot Mantanona, LLP, to assist in bringing resolution to urgent, legal matters facing the College.

Cabot Mantanona possesses a broadbased practice with specialties in government and business litigation, higher education representation, and federal claims (Title VII). The firm also has extensive experience in financial services, real estate, probate, and other areas of law.

“The Law Firm of Cabot Mantanona has successfully represented many of the region’s companies and organizations,” said Lorraine T. Cabrera, NMC Interim President. “Their experience in representing institutions of higher education like the Guam Community College and the University of Guam is especially advantageous to NMC.”
