Community Brief: NMC Registration Extended to January 19 (January 14, 2010)

The Northern Marianas College, in its efforts to accommodate students who still have not registered for the Spring 2010 semester, has extended registration to Tuesday, January 19, 2010 from 9am to 5pm.

Registration on this date will be limited to students who have an English and math placement level. Admission applications for those who have already taken both placement tests will also be accepted on this date.

Students registering on January 19 should visit the Financial Aid Office, Office of Admissions & Records, and Finance Office, all in Building N, to process their registration forms after meeting with an academic advisor.

In addition, regular registration will continue through Friday, January 15, from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday, January 16, from 9am to 12pm.

NMC offers a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, as well as associate’s degrees in liberal arts, nursing, natural resource management, business administration (with emphasis in accounting, sales and marketing, computer applications, etc.), hospitality management, criminal justice, and more.
