TYPHOON Condition II Declared: Classes Cancelled (As of 6:00pm, October 6, 2019)

As of 5:30pm today, Oct. 6, 2019, the islands of Saipan, Tinian, Rota, Alamagan, Pagan, and Agrihan have been upgraded to Typhoon Condition II.

Because of the anticipated threat of the storm, NMC classes scheduled for Monday, Oct. 7, 2019, have been canceled. NMC offices will also be closed on this day.

Please take precautionary measures and prepare for heavy winds, rain, and flooding. Further updates will be provided when available. Updates regarding class schedules and other announcements will be made through student and employee email ( and the following platforms:
