Registration for NMC’s Summer Session Begins Next Week (June 11, 2014)

The Northern Marianas College is inviting students to enroll into its Summer Session so they can earn additional credits toward their degree and accelerate their path to graduation.

Registration for NMC’s upcoming Regular Summer Session will begin on Monday, June 16, 2014 and will continue until Friday, June 20, 2014. NMC's Summer Session will run from June 23 to August 1, 2014.

New students are required to take the placement tests before they register. The schedule of placement tests and the Summer 2014 class schedule can be found online at

Those who have not applied for admission can still do so by visiting the College’s Office of Admissions and Records (OAR) and picking up an application form. Application forms can also be downloaded from the NMC website.

Application for admissions will be accepted until the last day of registration provided that placement tests have been taken. Note the following important dates below:

Regular Summer Session 2014 Important Dates

June 13 Student Orientation for New/Returning Students
June 16-20 Registration for Regular Summer Session
June 23 First Day of Classes for Regular Summer Session
July 4 Liberation Day - Legal Holiday
August 1 Final Exams
August 4 Grades Due

Students who were enrolled during the Fall 2013 and/or Spring 2014 Semester are considered ongoing students, so there is no need to re-apply for admissions.
