The Northern Marianas College Cooperative Research Extension and Education Service (NMC-CREES) is inviting members of the community to attend free presentations about aquaculture on Saipan and Rota.

The first presentation will take place on Wednesday, April 25, 2012, from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm in Room D-1 at the NMC As Terlaje campus in Saipan. The next presentation will take place on Friday, April 27, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the NMC-CREES Building at the NMC Rota Instructional Site.

In addition, Ron will introduce participants to UH’s Aquaculture Training On-line Learning (ATOLL) program and the worldwide AquacultureHub social network.

The ATOLL program is a training program designed to help individuals start their own fish farms by providing online educational instruction, resources and support. The AquacultureHub is a unique social network that aims to connect people interested in aquaculture with others who have similar interests.
