ASNMC to Host Survey and Student Leadership Summit (March 7, 2012)

The Associated Students of Northern Marianas College (ASNMC), the College’s student body organization, is conducting a survey on House Bill 17-41 which aims to rename the Northern Marianas College to “Governor Carlos S. Camacho, Northern Marianas College” and a student leadership summit entitled “Catalyst for Change.”

The survey, which is open to all students, will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012. Students may drop by one of two booths anytime between 10am and 2pm to take the short survey. The booths are located next to the Counseling Programs and Services Office in Building I and the hallway adjoining the Nursing Department and the CREES Office.

The student leadership summit will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, from 9:30am to 2:30pm in D1 and will feature presentations on enhancing student leadership roles. The summit will also gather concerns posed by student leaders and serve as a venue for student clubs to exhibit their offerings. All students are encouraged to attend this summit.

For more information on both events, please contact ASNMC at [email protected].
